Was out this morning and spent the afternoon trying to get Adobe Creative Cloud app working. Eventually had to go onto Adobe Support on a chat line. A bit terrifying, I have to admit!
Have to say I have never been on a Chat line Whisker long as they helped you. I am ironing a few things today for our trip and off our to dinner this evening.
Yes, going on one of those support chat lines can be daunting. You can actually phone them, either. It's hard to know which to chose. I think I'd go for the chat line first before trying the phone line. So, it's all excitement chez toetapping, in expectation of your holiday! Do you have trouble trying to decide what to bring with you?
I'm trying to duck between the showers to get some lawn mowing done. Right now the sun is shining, but the grass is still wet.
I have no problems with packing a case. It will be mainly warm clothes. Pack the day before. I used to pack a week before but was always emptying the case to find out if I had put something in.
I was off on a day trip today. Newbridge Silver and Kildare Shopping Outlet. We had lunch at Newbridge Silver and picked up some bargains in jewelry. They have a museum there consisting of clothes worn by style icons, past and present. Saw outfits that had been worn by Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Victoria Beckham and even Princess Diana - to name a few. The outfits were displayed very well with life-size photos beside them of how they actually looked when they were worn by their owner. That was the best part of my day, which overall, was very tiring.
It really is amazing to see these clothes close up as they obviously would have been extremely expensive in the first place - the materials and workmanship that went into them. It struck me that all of the female style icons were very petite. Princess Diana probably was one of the tallest. Marilyn Monroe was one of the heftiest, judging by the size of her dresses.
