Glad to hear you all have been busy! sabbi, toetapping, @pingin, @deyana and Emerald!
Hope you found out what visitors you have in your attic, @deyana.
Emerald, I need to have my hair coloured and blow-dried, but my stylist is on holidays - so I'm the one that's not "looking human" ATM. LOL!
Sad to see trees being cut down, @pingin, but sometimes it has to be done. I have a huge copper beech in my front garden, and I'm thinking something will have to be done about it. The last mild wet winter, has caused it to shoot up out of all proportion.
Lucky you, sabbi, and toetapping! You've got all of your cleaning done. I've just heard today that my niece may be coming to stay in my house while I'm in hospital, so that she can feed Susie, my "special needs" cat as well as house-sit for me while she's getting a bathroom makeover in her own place. So it's all working out nicely for both of us. I'm delighted, but it means a big cleaning spree for me! LOL!
Today, I spent a good part of the day tidying up my garden. It's all in preparation for when I go into hospital. I had gotten rid of a huge clematis shrub, that had been blown down in the storms we had this winter and was growing right out over the lawn. It took seven large wheelie bin bags to get it taken away. It left a large green mark on the wall where it had been stripped down. I used some moss-killer that I found I had in the shed and painted it on. This evening the green stain was all gone. Maybe tomorrow I will paint that section of the wall, as I've found I have some paint I can use, also in storage. I dug out some borage plants, that had finished flowering under the copper beech. Everything is growing so fast in this weather, it's unbelievable.
Have a relaxing week-end, Everybody. Thanks for dropping by.
