I can't believe it! toetapping has rain!

Well, we're all in the same boat today. Never have I seen such rain in one day. Totally miserable! A lot of flooding in parts of the country. Three fishermen were pulled to safety out of the water, by the Life Boat Service, after their fishing vessel ran aground against rocks in rough seas.
