For the first time in my life, I was tempted to buy raw meatballs in the supermarket. The label said beef and pork, so I expected they would be lovely and juicy. LOL! Such a disappointment! They were like little brown golf balls - just as hard! The meat had been ground down, so there was no texture. They appeared like they were made from saw-dust - and just as dry, with absolutely no seasoning. Next time, I will buy my own raw ingredients and make my own from scratch.

The sauce I made to go with them was delicious. Still have some of that left.
