Last night I had a second attempt at veal scallopini and it was delicious. This evening I am having steak and have some sauce left over from the scallopini to pour over it.
Yes, I watch a lot of cookery shows. Who's my fave chef - that's almost impossible to answer - there are so many I admire. I'll say Mary Berry. Into her eighties, she looks so glamorous and cooks great food.
