This two-ingredient recipe makes the most delicious dessert
Mishti doi is, of course, a Bengali classic. Less known, but equally delightful is Bhapa doi, a steamed concoction of yogurt and reduced milk. Smart cooks have been finding shortcuts and in its easiest form, the Bhapa doi recipe has just two ingredients. I bake mine in a water bath and it’s done in minutes.

I presume for "hung curd" you could use yogurt or cottage cheese or a mix of both. Would love to give this a try, as it sounds very low in sugar and quite delicious. I'm always on the look-out for dessert recipes for my friends who have diabetes.
